I consistently felt that Brittany had my best interests at heart and that she was ready to go above and beyond to help me get a great house at a great deal - which we did! She was really helpful in the home search process. I interviewed a couple of agents before enlisting her help: each had their strengths, but all suggested that the extent to which they could help me search would be to set me up with a search on the MLS and then to leave me on my own to sift through those listings - as many home hunters will know, not all the features you might look for are in searchable MLS criteria, and looking at Zillow to try to find the right place can easily become a second job! Brittany generously took the time to personally hunt through those listings and to send me the options she had found - that was a huge help in my busy schedule. When we went to look at homes, I never felt rushed - in fact, she was always encouraging to make sure I knew she'd stick with me until we found the place that felt truly right to me. She was always super responsive and thorough and she consistently made me feel like my questions and worries were important. She was proactive in helping me keep the many moving pieces of the sale organized, and she was meticulous to make sure that things were done right. She a truly kind person - I never doubted that she was advocating for my best interests, but also that she really cared as well about the sellers, their agent, the inspectors, our loan officer - everyone involved. She's the kind of person you will be happy you did business with. Thanks to her patience and talent, I got a house I love for significantly UNDER asking price - a rare feat in this wild market!
